With almost $2 billion on the line, a modern airport needed modern recycling and trash receptacles.
When ordinary wouldn’t do for this modern airport, DeepStream’s modern trash and recycling bins allowed the project’s designers to integrate recycling into more areas to support the Orlando Aviation Authority’s continued focus on Sustainability.
Florida’s newest and most modern airport will also be its most bold and dynamic in the spirit of Orlando, home to world class theme parks. Modern trash and recycling receptacles by DeepStream have been chosen for Orlando International Airport’s South Terminal.
Designers chose DeepStream’s modern combination recycling receptacle and trash bin with 3form Varia Thatch resin panels. 3form makes an almost unlimited pallet of textures, colors, and materials to combine into unique decorative panels that wipe clean. The Varia Thatch that designers chose uses natural thatch set into clear and colored resin panels.
